User Agreement
This User Agreement sets out the terms of use under which you may use this website Jedu, to be found at https://www.jedu.co.uk (“Our Site”). Please read this User Agreement carefully and ensure that You understand it. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement, you must stop using and/or accessing Our Site immediately.
1. 1. Definitions and Interpretation |

“Content” | means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site; and | ||

2.1 | Our Site is owned and operated by Us and hosted by UK Fast. The servers are located in Manchester. | ||

3.1 | Access to areas of Our Site which are not password protected is free of charge. For those areas which are password protected, is conditional upon You purchasing a subscription service from Us which entitles you to use Our Site. Your purchase of a subscription service giving access to Our Website is a separate agreement to this one. | ||

However, Our Site is designed to assist schools in general and has not been designed specifically for your needs and circumstances. 5. Intellectual Property Rights |
