I’ve forgotten my password
If you’ve forgotten your password then it is easy to reset it.
- Click the ‘Forgot password’ link in the login form or go to the password request page.
- Enter your email address then click ‘Continue’;
- You’ll then get an automatic email from Jedu with a link to set a new password. You should receive this within a minute and be sure to check your Junk folder too;
- You must act on this email within seven days or you’ll have to run through this process again.
- Click the link in the email and it will open a web page;
- Enter your email address and your new password;
- Remember, passwords must be at least eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number;
- Click Submit.
- You can then login to Jedu as normal.
